- NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY URBAN FORESTRY COMMISSION February 8, 2018 - 6:30 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Urban Forestry Commission will hold a meeting Thursday, February 8, 2018 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Municipal Center, 3950 Adams Avenue, South Ogden City, Utah. I. Call to Order - Chairman Jim Pierce II. Approval of Minutes III. Review of Arbor Day 2017 IV. Discussion on Arbor Day 2018 V. Update on commission members - Nomination and election of chair and vice chair VI. New Business VII.
