1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Chairman Klansey Bateman called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm. 2. ATTENDANCE: Present: Chairman Klansey Bateman Board Member Vrayen Soriano Board Member Brandon Grossman Excused: Vice Chairman Dustin Rodeback Secretary Devan Clevenger Audience: None 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. Pledge of allegiance was led by Board Member Brandon. 4. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 12TH, 2017. Motion made by Board Member Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Board Member Brandon Grossman to approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and Zoning meeting on December 12th, 2017. All in favor, motion passed. 5. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIRPERSON FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 2018 After brief discussion, Vrayen Soriano made a motion to have Klansey Bateman as Chairman and Dustin Rodeback as Vice Chairman. Motion seconded by Chairman Klansey Bateman, all in favor, motion passed. 6. DISCUSSION AND DECISION ON DATES AND TIMES OF PLANNNIG AND ZONING MEETINGS FOR 2018. Board decided to have meetings the first Tuesdays of the month at 4:30pm for the time being. 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. Klansey read a note from Secretary Devan Clevenger informing that a letter went out to building permits that will be expiring that is not completed they will have to revisit with planning and zoning. 8. NEW BUSINESS. None 9. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE. None 10. NEXT SCHEDULED PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH, 2018 AT 5:30 P.M. Tuesday February 6th, 2018 11. ADJOURNMENT. Motion made by Chairman Klansey Bateman, seconded by Board member Brandon Grossman to adjourn the planning and zoning meeting.
