- CITY OF WEST JORDAN PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Statements of Qualifications The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for engineering and technical services for upcoming projects. It is the intention of the City to create a list of pre-qualified companies to use, as needed, on various projects. Sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/Recorder's Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at which time the names of those submitting statements shall be publicly announced. SOQ's, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder's Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Facsimile or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Statements of Qualifications may be obtained via email beginning February 12, 2018 from Paul Wellington, Purchasing Agent, paulwe@wjordan.com. When emailing Paul to request SOQ documents please include your full name, company name, address, phone and fax number.
