Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Thursday, February 8, 2018 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Aycock & Miles - Presentation of 2017 Audit. 5. Discussion and Action on the Disbandment of the Myton Police Department - Ordinance 020818-001. 6. Public Budget Amendment Hearing for 2017-2018. 7. Discussion and Action on Ordinance 020818-002 - Correcting faulty legal description for road vacation Block 6, Myton City Survey. 8. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities. Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department Membership Application 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(d) Strategy Session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. 10.
