Public Comments 2. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated October 6, 2010 3. Report from Planning Commission 4. Motion - Approval of Home Occupation Business Licenses - NS Cycle LLC, Shace, LLC 5. Motion - Set Public Hearing for Planning Commission for November 10, 2010, to discuss the consideration of a Conditional Use for an Assisted Living Facility on 2550 North in the C-2 Zone 6. Motion - Set Public Hearing for Planning Commission for November 10, 2010, to discuss the Re-zone of the Randy Chambers property located at 2389 N. 2000 W., from the R-1-15 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone 7. Motion - Appointment and Re-appointment of Planning Commission Members 8. Report from Council on Assignments 9. Approval of Bills 10. Adjournment
