- TOWN of PORTAGE Planning and Zoning February 7, 2018 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday February 7, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. This meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Review and approve minutes from January 3, 2018 Planning and Zoning meeting. 2.Brett Prisbrey - Discussion and approval of subdivision of his property to create a building lot. 3.Tyson Nelson - Building permit discussion and decision. 4.Jeff Jensen - Building permit discussion and decision. 5.Discussion about road property line in front ( East) of Steve Huggins parcel. 6.Discuss and propose resolution to change/update building permit and impact fees. 7.Discuss Planning and Zoning Commission vacancies 8.General discussion about Master plan update - possible decisions about zoning map, mapping, text or pictures/graphs.
