Description/Agenda: Uintah City gives notice that on February 27th, 2018 during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting, which begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Uintah City Hall, 2191 E. 6550 S., Public Hearings will be held as follows: 1. DISCUSSION ON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 17-1003-BL TO INCLUDE AGRICULTURAL ZONE AND TITLE 9, CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE A TO INCLUDE HOME BASED BUSINESS AND BUSINESS LICENSE UPDATES. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:05 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter. Copies of the proposed amendments are on file for public inspection at the City Office. Public participation is invited. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and express their opinion on the matter. For more information, contact the City Hall at 801-479-4130.
