February 8, 2018 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session. 6:30 p.m. Work Session (to consider the following items): (a) Commission Business (b) Staff Business 7:00 p.m. Regular Session: Commission Business: a. Pledge of Allegiance and Opening Remarks b. Agenda Approval c. Staff Reports d. Declaration of conflicts and abstentions from commission members 1. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 564 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request from Ryan Litke for a preliminary subdivision plat called Clear Lake Warehouse Condominiums Plat 'A' Amended that includes 12 commercial lots within two buildings, on property located at 564 West 700 South in the M-D (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone. 2. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 550 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request from Ryan Litke for a preliminary subdivision plat called Clear Lake Warehouse Condominiums Plat 'B' that includes 12 commercial lots within two buildings, on property located at approximately 550 West 700 South in the M-D (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone. 3. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 855 W State St (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Evergreen Development for a proposed site plan for a new multi-tenant retail building, on property located at 855 W State Street in the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone. 4. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Chapter 13: Overlay Zones (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells to create an overlay zone that provides for flexibility in creating master-planned communities that incorporate commercial and mixed use buildings as well as a variety housing types. *Continued from January 25, 2018 Review and approve the minutes from January 25, 2018 Planning Commission Meeting.
