- Notice of Intent to Adjust Boundary On February 1, 2018, The Nibley City Council adopted Resolution 18-03, a Resolution Indicating the Intent to Adjust the Municipal Boundary between the City of Logan and the City of Nibley. The proposed new boundary would follow 2200 S and extend west from the northeast corner of parcel 03-007-0023 to U.S. 89/91 and would then continue south along 89/91 to the southwest corner of parcel 03-012-0028. Maps showing the areas affected and a list of affected parcels are posted at www.nibleycity.com. The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed adjustment on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 6 p.m. at Nibley City Hall 455 W 3200 S in Nibley. The City Council will adjust the boundary unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the adjustment are filed by the owners of private real property, located within the area proposed for adjustment, representing at least 25% of the total private land area and equal in value to at least 15% of the value of all private real property within the area proposed for adjustment.
