Read and approve minutes APPOINTMENTS: 9:20 A.M. - Mariah Brockman, (Hassett) requesting extension of AMFT license 9:35 A.M. - Amanda Beal, reinstatement of license expired more than 2 years 9:50 A.M. - Jennifer Woolley, reinstatement of license expired more than 2 years. 10:05 A.M. - Request additional supervisees Branden Henline Brent Esplin 10:30 A.M. - Request extension of AMFT license Rebecca Shoff Criddle Meghan Elkins Brandon Stout Gloria Evans Mandaran Labrum DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Review and approve distance supervision for Natasha Brown 2. Review proposed language change to R156-60b 3.
