NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 following the City Council meeting, in the Library, lower level, 30 East Center Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. AGENDA 1. Convene as the Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment Agency. 2. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2018-01RDA) authoring the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Pleasant Grove City and the Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) for the 1300 West Community Development Project Area; and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Randy Sant Economic Development Consultant 3. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2018-02RDA) authorizing the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Utah County and the Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) for the 1300 West Community Development Project Area; and providing for an effective date. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2018-03RDA) authorizing the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement between Alpine School District and Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment (RDA) for the 1300 West Community Development Project Area; and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Randy Sant, Economic Development Consultant 5. Adjourn. 6. Reconvene as the Pleasant Grove City Council.
