PIONEER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Pioneer Special Service District Administrative Control Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin promptly at 5:00 P.M. with the agenda as follows: PIONEER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL BOARD WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2008 – 5:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Approval of minutes. 3. Report on secondary water system maintenance: Trent Meyerhoffer. 4. Discussion/action landscaping for Spencer Farms, Mill Creek, and 700 South detention basin/park. 5. Recommendation to City Council to adopt secondary water impact fees. 6. Officer reports and updates. 7. Christmas Party on December 18, 2008. 8. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE Note: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should call the District Offices at Marriott-Slaterville City at 627-1919 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Also, the above agenda items are flexible and may be moved to accommodate the Board, so if you are interested in any item plan to attend the entire meeting.The undersigned, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner and to the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website Administrator, hand delivered to the board members, and posted in three (3) public places on or about October 31, 2008.
