- Nibley City Planning Commission Thursday, February 8, 2018 455 W. 3200 S. Nibley, UT 5:30 p.m. Call to Order Approval of Agenda Approval of Minutes 1. Swearing in ceremony for Garrett Mansell 2. Discussion and Consideration of making a recommendation of a final conservation subdivision plat for Meadow Creek Subdivision, located at approximately at 3850 S and 100 E (Applicant: Mike Swenson) 3. A Public Hearing to hear comment on a recommendation of the Rural Preservation Subdivision, an update to the Conservation Subdivision, and update to the Nibley City Code Title 11 Subdivision. 4. Discussion and Consideration of a recommendation of the Rural Preservation Subdivision, an update to the Conservation Subdivision, and update to the Nibley City Code Title 11 Subdivision. 5. Discussion and Consideration of a Recommendation of an Ordinance Updating the Requirements for When a Building Permit Is Required for an Accessory Building. 6. Commission and Staff Report and Action Items a. Goals for 2018 Planning Commission agenda items may be tabled if 1) Additional information is needed in order to take action on the item, OR 2) The Planning Commission feels there are unresolved issues that may need further attention before the Commission is ready to make a motion. No agenda item will begin after 10:00 p.m. without a unanimous vote of the Commission. The Commission may carry over agenda items, scheduled late in the evening and not heard, to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
