- Providence City Planning Commission Agenda Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Drive, Providence UT 84332 February 6, 2018 7:00 p.m. Anyone interested is invited to attend. Call to Order: Robert James, Chair Workshop Item No. 1: The Providence City Planning Commission will hold a joint workshop with the Providence City Council and City Staff to will discuss a draft of the general plan, prepared by CRSA. The General Plan is a comprehensive policy document that is used to help guide the City in its future growth and change.
