- AGENDA Public notice is hereby given that the Logan Historic Preservation Committee will hold a regular meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers 12:00 PM PUBLIC MEETING I. WELCOME II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of August 7, 2017 III. PUBLIC HEARING None IV. WORKSHOP HPC 18-001 Center Street Historic District Design Standards - The City of Logan requests review and adoption of an update the Historic District Design Standards for the Center Street National Historic District. The update has been guided by a Steering Committee comprised of members of the Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Commission, City Council, City Administration and general public, and includes a comprehensive review and update of the existing guidelines with an emphasis on incorporating current best practices, technology, and materials innovations which are appropriate and acceptable under the Secretary of the Interior's Standards. The Historic Preservation Committee will be holding a workshop to review the final draft document. V. ADJOURN
