- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold a work meeting at 5:00pm and its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 1st of February, 2018 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Following the work meeting. The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Roll Call - Approval of Minutes from prior meeting - Appoint new council members - Report of officers - Council Member Jared Jackson - Water and sewer - Council Member Chylene Whipple - Buildings and Economic Development - Mayor Kim E. Wilson - Maintenance - Jeff Pei - Treasurer - Jessica Alvey - Clerk - Lisa Wells - Tabled Business: a. Vacant Maintenance position b. Assignments for council members for upcoming year c. Lease agreement for Affordable Housing regarding pets - New Business: Division of Wildlife Resources - Aquatic Invasive Species Program in Bullfrog Municipal Wastewater Planning Program Annual Report - Public Comment: - Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 30th day of January, 2018
