- Notice of Intent to Prepare an Amendment to the American Fork City General Plan Notice is hereby given that American Fork, Utah, intends to prepare a proposed amendment to the American Fork City General Plan. The proposed amendment includes property within the current City boundaries and the areas included in the Annexation Policy Plan. (See attached map). This notice is given pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 10-9a-203, and is being sent to those entitled to such notice under Utah Code Ann. 10-9a-203(1), including each affected entity under Utah Code Ann. 10-9a-203(1)(a). Each of the Affected Entities is invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the Proposed Amendment concerning (a) impacts that the use of land covered by the Proposed Amendment may have on such Affected Entity: and (b) uses of land within the City that such Affected Entity is planning or considering that may conflict with the Proposed Amendment. Information related to the planning process may be found by visiting the American Fork City website located at www.afcity.org.
