NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at 7:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes January 2, 2018 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 1. Sheriff report- Sheriff Chad Jensen 2. COG Contract update 3. Business License- Krissi Anderson, Simple Indigo Therapies 4. New Water hook-up fees 5. Water to Cornish 6. Discussion regarding reimbursement for Richard Allsop for drain project between South Center and East Main 7. Discussion on culvert on Main Street and 200 West 8. Mayor Report on: a. Meeting with Sunrise Engineering. b. Update on Fire Department. c. FEMA meeting. 9. Town Appreciation Dinner 10. Parks update- RAPZ tax discussion 11. Water update 12. Planning & Zoning update 13. Roads update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
