- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on February 13, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah: - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the General Plan (Future Land Use Map) for the property from Commercial to Very High Density Multi-Family Residential for property located at approximately 4060 So. & 4088 So. Midland Dr. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request to amend the Zoning Map from CC (Community Commercial) to R-4 (Multi-Family Residential) for property located at approximately 4060 So. & 4088 So. Midland Dr. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider the Zoning designation for property to be annexed into the City for property located at approximately 4200 We. 6000 So. Midland Dr. - 6:00 p.m. - Public Hearing to consider a request for Preliminary Subdivision approval for Crestwood Estates located at approximately 4200 We. 6000 So. Midland Dr.
