- Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday February 21, 2018 at approx. 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Planning Commission during a regular meeting: 1) Dustin Buckthal is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an Indoor Recreational Facility at 4142-4180 S Main St. Project Number: CU-17-007; 2) Peter Tolman is requesting a Preliminary Plat for a 3-lot Subdivision and Rezone from R-1-8 to R-1-4 for two proposed lots at 911 E Fairclough Drive. Project# ZM-18-002 / SD-18-001; 3) Skip Renza is requesting a Rezone from R-1-21 to R-1-15 at 3821 E Parkview. Project# - ZM-18-001; 4) Nathan Anderson is requesting is requesting a Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat Approval for a 14-lot PUD at 1253-1257 E Elgin Ave. Project# PD-18-001 / CU-18-001; 5) Gary Hassenflu is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Mixed Use Multifamily Project at 4186 S Main St. Project Number: CU-18-002; 6) Millcreek will be undertaking an amendment to Title 19, enacting revisions to the city's Parking Ordinance. Project Location: City wide Project Number: ZT-18-001; 7) Millcreek will be undertaking an amendment to Title 19 establishing a Master Development Overlay Zone Project Location: City wide Project Number: ZT-18-002

East Mill Creek Community Council meets the first Thursday of the month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Millcreek Recreation Center at 2266 E Evergreen Avenue 2. Millcreek Community Council meets the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30 pm - 8:30-pm at Millcreek Activity Center (old Hillview School) 1025 East 4405 South 3. Mt. Olympus Community Council meets the first Tuesday of the month from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Churchill Junior High School at 3450 E Oakview Drive 4. Canyon Rim Citizens Association meets the first Wednesday of the month from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Christ United Methodist Church, 2375 East 3300 South
