Public Works Director, Lance Gubler B. BUSINESS: Public input will be taken after Councilmembers discuss each item. Public discussion will be limited to 90 seconds per person, and two minutes per organization. 1. Discussion on the Purchase of Rocky Mountain Power Poles. 8. Discussion of Impact Fee Waiver for Affordable Housing Units to be constructed under Utah Housing Corporation (CROWN) Program. C.
