WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA 2/14/2018 at 4:00 p.m. The Public Hearing is held in the City Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall. 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, UT 84119 Two meetings that relate to the Public Hearing will be held in room 220 of City Hall: A Study Session will be held a week prior to the Public Hearing on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. and a Planning Commission Pre-Meeting will be held the day of the Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. ___Fuller ___Lovato ___McEwen ___Meaders ___Porter ___Winters ___Wood ___Woodruff SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS S-1-2018 WESTERN STATES LODGING is requesting preliminary approval for the West Valley Hampton Inn Subdivision. This subdivision will also amend lots 7C and 7D of the Highbury Centre Lot 7 Amended Subdivision. The subdivision consists of 1 lot on 1.85 acres, is located at approximately 5475 West High Market Drive and is zoned M (Manufacturing).
