The Nibley City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to receive comment about updates to Nibley City Zoning and Subdivision Code. The Planning Commission will be considering making changes to Conservation Subdivision Ordinance and replacing it with the proposed Rural Preservation Subdivision Ordinance.
The Public Hearing will be held on February 8, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon there after as can be heard. The Public Hearing will be located at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S. More information about the ordinance and the hearing can be found at Nibley City Hall and www.nibleycity.com.
