Description/Agenda: CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 6th, 2018, as close to 7:00 P.M. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezone request from the property owner of 2.118 acres of land at 6433 & 6417 South Highland Drive from the current Residential Single Family Half-Acre zone (R-1-21) to the proposed Commercial (C-2). The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117.
