CITY OF HOLLADAY ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL HEARING MEETING AGENDA Wednesday, January 31, 2018 Mt. Olympus Room 10:00 AM Holladay City Hall - 4580 S. 2300 E. Administrative Hearing Officer - Bob Harrington AGENDA ITEMS 1. Thomas Accessory Building Setback Variance; 4825 Harper Street The applicant, David and Margaret Thomas, have filed an appeal to the Hearing Officer to request a setback variance to Chapter 13.14.110 of the City of Holladay Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is specifically requesting to construct an inline addition to their existing garage which requires a setback of 5 feet. The property owner wishes to keep the new addition in line with the existing garage at 2 feet 4 inches.(File # 18-5-12) 2. Adjourn On Friday, January 26, 2018 at 11:00 a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay UT. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
