- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: A text amendment to the Taylorsville Land Development Code regarding Accessory Apartment standards 13.11.010 (C2). File #16Z17. A text amendment to the Taylorsville Land Development Code to identify the City's appeal authority as an Appointed Administrative Law Judge. File #1Z18. Daveline Winter is requesting preliminary subdivision plat approval for two lots on .15 acre for the property located at 4720 Cathay Circle. File #11S17. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at the city offices of Taylorsville, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
