Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, JANUARY 25, 2018 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Dan Duncan seeking site plan approval for a new office warehouse building located at 221 West 900 North in the L-IM Light Industrial-Manufacturing Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Michael Parry seeking site plan approval for a new office/warehouse building to be located at 1075 North Main Street in the HC Highway Commercial Zone. 3. 9:40 A.M. - Ken Menlove seeking site plan approval for the Bear River Storage complex located at 454 West 1600 South in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
