- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: Rezone of approximately 0.5 acres of property at approximately 2130 South Parkwood Lane from R-A (Residential Agriculture) to the R-1-20 (Single Family Residential).
