KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of minutes from the meeting of November 30, 2017. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B': a. Handyman at 412 North Flint Street - Gerardo Cruz. b. Woodworking at 766 North Crimson Court - Megan Yardly. 3. Conditional use permit for an agricultural home occupation, minor automotive repair at 647 South Sunset Drive - Jeff Peterson. 4. Public hearing and amendment of Section 17-1-9, Amendments, of Chapter 17-1, General Provisions, of Title 17 Planning and Zoning of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City. 5. Public hearing and amendment of Section 17-34-9, Flag Lot Subdivision, of Chapter 17-34, Planned Residential Unit Development, of Title 17 Planning and Zoning of the Revised Ordinances of Kaysville City. 6. Call to the public. 7. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 8. Adjournment.
