- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Farmer Estates Subdivision Subdivision Final Plat 1099 E 2700 N, Marion, UT 84036 Parcel: CD-431-A-2; 53.13 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission, in accordance with section 11-4-5 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed 2 lot Subdivision. The public hearing will be held: Thursday, February 1, 2018 Beginning at 6:00 p.m. Kamas City Office 170 North Main Street, Kamas, Utah, 84036 The applicant, Jared Higgins, is requesting to divide parcel CD-431-A-2 into two (2) developable lots.
