Emery County Building & Zoning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING J. Nelson Subdivision The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 29, 2017 at 9:00 in the Box Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main St, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on a proposed 1 lot minor subdivision located at approximately 150 S MUDDY LN (1600E) Ferron, Utah. The subdivision application was received from Tate Weber. The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County: LOT 1 Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 20 South, Range 7 East, SLB&M, and running thence S 00*12'51' E, 466.89 feet; thence N 88*35'35' W, 660 feet; thence N 00*12'51' W, 466.89 feet to the north line of said Section 14; thence s 89*35'35' E, 660.00 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to an existing County Road right-of-way along the East and North sides of the above described property. Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for the subdivision. Posted on January 17, 2018
