Presenter: Tim Petty 4. Discussion/Action on appointment of a Planning Commission Chair and Vice-Chair for 2017. Presenter: Tim Petty 5. Discussion/Review of Conditional Use Permit #2014-0176 for Brent & Abby Stuart; a multi-family dwelling located at 2100 E. 6450 S., Uintah Presenter: Brent & Abby Stuart 6. Discussion/Action on agricultural zone, including related business licensing and culinary water use regulations. 7. Discussion/Action on Planning Commissioner's responsibility assignments for the 2018 year. Presenter: Tim Petty 8. Commissioner's Responsibility reports and follow-up from previous meeting. - New Business Licenses - Crystal Western - CUP's- Robert Guiller - Commercial Building- Scott Dixon - Training- Glen Woolsey - Nuisance- Todd Burton - Other- Tim Petty 9.
