- The Nibley City Planning Commission shall be considering making a recommendation of an ordinance updating the requirements for when a building permit is required for an accessory building. The public hearing will be held on January 25, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The public hearing will be held at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley UT.
