Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC) MEETING AGENDA January 17, 2018 A meeting of the CCAC will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM in Room 126 of the City & County Building, 451 South State Street. The meeting is open to the public. 1. Meeting open & welcome, establish quorum 2. Adopt January 10, 2018 meeting minutes 3. Public Comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals (or group representatives) to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be limited to a maximum of 3-5 minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is acceptable. 4. Request for committee member participation in review of compensation management tool proposals (RFP) 5. Presentation of 2017-18 WorldatWork salary budget forecast, local economic conditions report, and review of preliminary local market survey data - David Salazar, City Compensation Program Administrator 6. Consideration of public safety factors and traits of Salt Lake City - Committee member Dale Cox 7. Confirm next meeting date(s): Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 3:30 - 5:30pm 8. Adjourn Meeting
