Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Riverton City is proposing amendments to Section18.090.010, Table of Commercial Uses Chart, addressing certain allowed uses in the Commercial Downtown zone, and Section 18.05.030, Definitions, amending definitions related to contiguous residential dwelling space. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
