- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AGENDA A special meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: BUSINESS: 1. Consider recommendation from the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission to vacate a portion of a 25' public utility easement, said easement being located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 41 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and relocation of said easement to a 15' public utility easement for underground utilities affecting a portion of Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 41 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Said easement also affecting a portion of Lot 42, Quarter Circle H Ranch Subdivision as shown on the final plat ADJOURN ___January 12, 2018_____________ POSTED ___/S/Carol Lamb_______________ SIGNED
