- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. The Council shall receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Stokes Subdivision consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) from 200 West to 300 West on 200 South. 9. Kaylene Ames-Discuss Wednesday's in Wellsville 2018, and propose to have Wellsville City waive the rental fee for the use of the Pavilion. 10. Kendall Jackson-Discuss eagle project of installing flag pole at the new public works building. 11. Discuss for no more than (1) hour the Wellsville City Land Use Regulations, Article V entitle'Supplemental Regulations' beginning at chapter 10.36 chapter heading 'Development Standards' 12. Discuss assignments for Mayor and City Council for 2018 13. Discuss and select a person from the City Council to serve as Mayor Pro-Tem for 2018 14. Discuss burial options, along with opening and closing fees at the Wellsville City Cemetery 15. Department reports 16. City Manager/Recorders report
