- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on January 23rd 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for the following: - Development Code Amendments in Titles 16&17 including, but not limited to: Blasting and the Residential Zone The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
