Description/Agenda: LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On January 25th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of Shane Yates' request for approval of a modification to the existing Conditional Use Permit for Huntin' Country Auto Sales located at 255 West State Street in a Mixed Use Zone, to allow more than 8 display vehicles on the property. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for a zone change from R-2 (medium density residential) to PF (public facility) for Bandwagon Park located at approximately 900 North and 300 West.
