Hearing to discuss public nuisances and to consider criminal action regarding nuisance violations located at 195 East 100 North and 225 East 100 North D. Town Council members to sign certification of private interest statements E. Town Council to review and consider adoption of fringe benefit policy F. Town Council to review open/closed meeting requirements G. Town Council to appoint John Chartier, Wade Ingram and Nate Selin to a new term on the Planning Commission IV. Department Business. A.
