Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Connie Strang is requesting that 1.5 acres located at 11794 South 1300 West be rezoned from RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre Lots) to R-3 (Residential 14,000 Square Foot Lots). - Vaughn Shoenfeld is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a home based business in an accessory structure at 2316 West Donna Rae Circle. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
