Parks Trails and Trees Advisory Committee Agenda 1/11/2018 5:00pm Public Works - Upstairs Conference Room 2538 North 300 West Lehi, UT 84043 Meeting called by: Trent Dyer Discussion Items 1. Follow up items from previous meeting(s). 2. Committee Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary Election 3. Committee Purpose and Function - Municipal Code and Bylaws: What can/should the committee be doing in an advisory capacity with the Parks, Trails, and Trees? (Any major changes will be reviewed by the Parks Department and submitted to city council and mayor for approval) 4. Roles of Committee Members: What additional roles need to be assigned to committee members? Do we need to request additional committee members? (Currently up to 7) 5. Organization and schedule of meetings: How will future meetings be planned and run by the committee? 6. Plan future meetings: Specific topics, meeting times and locations, etc. 7. Adjourn. Next meeting: February 8 at 5:00 PM - Public is invited to attend all Parks, Trails and Trees Committee Meetings - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodations should contact the City Recorder at 768-7100 ext. 2254. - This agenda has been properly posted and a copy provided to the local news media.
