- AMENDED EQUESTRIAN CENTER ADVISORY BOARD AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Arena Center Advisory Board will hold a Meeting, at 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at 1020 E Pioneer Road. The Agenda will be as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes a. Nov. 1, 2017 (Field trip at Arena) 3. Discussion and Vote on Moto Cross Event (Brian Green coming in to discuss details) 4. Discuss fencing option for the Arena a. Cost for new fencing b. Cost for relocation and installation of the freeway fencing 5. Future Events 6. Other Ideas and Concerns 7.
