Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday January 10, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Mayor Tree will make Council Member Department assignments. A) Council Member job description updates. 2.Town Council to appoint Town Clerk and Town Treasurer for 2018-2019. 3.Review and Approval of minutes from December 13, 2017 Town Council Meeting. 4.Review and Approval of December 14, 2017 to January 10, 2018 Bills/Payroll. 5.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water write-offs. 6.Discuss and Review findings of Self-Evaluation Form and Internal controls audit. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 7.Water - A)Division of Water Rights- Water Proof due January 31, 2018- update and decisions. B)40 Year Water Right Plan, water rights and water trough locations discussion- Council Member John. 8.Roads - A) Discussion and decision about assistant snow plow driver job for 2018. 9. Planning and Zoning A) Discussion and decision about Planning and Zoning vacancy. B) Discussion and Decision about Zoning Map passage/noticing. C) Steve Huggins - Subdivision discussion and approval. 10. Parks and Recreation - 11. Fire Department -( Chief Robert Barrow) 12. Sgt.
