AGENDA Highland Arts Council Meeting January 10, 2018 - 6:00 p.m. Highland City Hall - 5400 West Civic Center Drive - Highland, Utah 84003 HIGHLAND ARTS COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT: OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE ENRICHMENT TO ALL THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES IN OUR COMMUNITY CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Shauna Larson (Chairman) - Kelly Gummow - KeriLynn Lenhart - Ellen Burns - Julie Tapusoa - Mandy Hassard - Kathy Castleton - Aerin Burns - Linda Littlefield - Kurt Ostler (City Council Rep) CHAIRMAN ISSUES: Fundraising and Donations, Art Club and Classes, Grant Writing, Spring Play, Shakespeare Workshops, Little Women in June. Change our Board Meeting to the second Wedsnesday of every month at 6 pm at the City Hall. PROJECT UPDATES: Classes, workshops, fundraising, grants, Art Club, and next spring theatre production. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Kids Art Classes on Monday at 3 pm and Adult Classes at 10 am on Mondays 2. Fundraising events and advertising, grants 3. Any items from our City Council Representative, Kurt Ostler 4. Director reports a. Kathy Castleton - Theatre b. Kelly Gummow - Easter Egg Hunt c. Linda Littlefield - Art Club and Graphics, any City requests d. Ellen Burns - Shakespeare Workshop and Chamber Orchestra e. KeriLynn Lenhart - Children's Choir Concert Next Board Meeting: Feb 7 at 6 pm at the City Building ADJOURNMENT:
