Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE LaVerkin City has a city council vacancy for the term ending December 2019. The vacancy will be filled by appointment of the City Council at the February 7, 2018 regular council meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 111 South Main, LaVerkin, Utah. Qualifications include the following: - Be a United States citizen - Be a resident of LaVerkin City for at least 365 consecutive days prior to office - Be a registered voter in LaVerkin City - Must maintain residency in LaVerkin City during the term of office Interested persons may submit a Declaration of Candidacy to Kyle Gubler, City Recorder, 435 N. Main, LaVerkin, Utah, through Thursday, January 25, 2018 during regular office hours. Please call 435-635-2581 for more information.
