Approval of Minutes for 11-21/2017, special meeting for 11/29/2017, special meeting 12/06/2017 and special meeting for 1/4/2018 2. Recognition to previous Mayor and Town council 3. Fire Department Updates/certifications/training 4. Lieutenant Rice- Re-discuss Inter-local Agreement to new council to review 5. Pass Resolution for 2018 Town Board Schedule 6. Council would like to discuss or possible action to revisit the purchase of the backhoe that was on the Agenda last month. 7. The discussion and possible motion to eliminate the use of water station that is located in front of the office. 8. Discussion of Council Assignments 9. Monthly Financial report from Town clerk E. Adjournment Possible work discussion after adjournment.
