IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, January 16, 2018 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing of a proposed Class IV Conditional Use Permit for Kay's Court Townhomes. Owner/Applicant: Doris Ellen Ence-Owner. Robert Ence-Applicant. Property Location: Located approximately 100 West 50 South. Contact: Building and Zoning Administrator, Mike Rodriguez, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed permit is available at the Ivins City Building Department or on Ivins City website at www.ivins.com. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 55 N.
