- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday January 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on a request for preliminary and final approval of the 316 Place Subdivision arranged on Utah County Parcel 08-061-0010 located on the southwest corner of the intersection of 300 South and 500 West. The subdivision consists of two (2) single-family dwelling lots in the R-2-7.5, Residential Zone.
