PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the LIBRARY, 30 EAST CENTER, (lower level), Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-13D-3: Permitted and Conditional Uses, in order to support businesses related to weddings such as retail for men and women's clothing, flowers, and gifts, by listing them as permitted uses in the Rural Commercial Overlay (RCO) Zone. (CITY WIDE) (Jennie Johnson Applicant) Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-9B-7: C Yard Requirements, to reduce the rear yard requirement for primary structures, on corner lots, in the R-1 (Single-family Residential) Zones.
